For the past 27 years, SBFC has been committed to helping grow Arizona’s communities and businesses.  As Arizona’s top certified development company, SBFC is proud to announce its new charitable donation program, Bucks for Bankers, for all approved SBA 504 loans.

For every $1,000 approved, SBFC will donate $1 to a charitable organization of any banker’s choice.  As an example, if SBFC makes a loan of $500,000 we will donate $500 to their chosen charity.  Donations will be received instantly upon SBA approval of the loan, not at the funding.

SBFC is the first and only CDC in Arizona to have such a generous program of giving back to Arizona.
