Teresa Mandelin has more than 20 years of banking experience, having specialized in SBA lending since 1992.  As senior commercial loan officer, Mandelin is responsible for the marketing, loan structuring and underwriting of SBA 504 loans, as well as working with all four of SBFC's commercial loan officers on their loans.

Her strong background in commercial banking, commercial lending, real estate lending, loan reviewing and regulatory compliance stems from previous work experience as vice president and business development officer at Washington Mutual Bank, as well as US Bank and Citibank.

Mandelin is an Arizona native who earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.
